Mention OpenGL version and GLX option
Update the main README to mention that sdl uses OGL2.x and Sokol uses OGL3.3 , and how to build for GLX.

README.md: Add macOS glew requirement
I found the need to use homebrew to install glew (I already had sdl2 installed) before I was able to compile the code successfully.
