This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

CSparse is a small yet feature-rich sparse matrix package.  Its purpose is
to demonstrate a wide range of sparse matrix algorithms in as concise a
code as possible.

This package is part of SuiteSparse.
