Eric House c50e2c84fb Revert "don't let first player have unplayable rack" 
This reverts commit 8f30e4ef5a. Device
that sends invitation is crashing, at least on 4.1.1, on receipt of
registration inside code to verify move is playable. Revert change until
I have a chance to track down the cause.

Clone of xwords repo from Sourceforge -- an open source implementation of rules of Scrabble(tm) for handhelds
