Eric House 479ed0dc58 update conn status on receipt or send of packets to/from relay, not ... just when relay connect status changes. This means that a game will show as connected when it's still waiting for another device to join room, but also fixes exchanging moves over 10 minutes and having the status icon say you haven't sent or received in that long.
