New with this release

• Tweak network play; in particular, fix so resends happen automatically when you get a network connection back. This should reduce game stalling
• Add menuitem to main screen that manually resends moves
• Fix KitKat-only problem drawing green/red move timer outlines

Next up

• Look, again, at play via Bluetooth now that HTC phones aren't quite so common
• Fix SMS play for KitKat
• Offer "Rematch" when game's over
