This is first release of this variant of Crosswords featuring the ability to play via SMS

Other changes
• Remember wordlist browser position, word size, etc.
• Fix wordlist browser bugs for languages with more than one letter on a tile
• New word lookup URLs for Catalan language lists
• Display wordlist comment if present
