Set -Wunused-parameter for those versions of gcc that support it, and
...
deal with the output by removing params where possible and elsewhere
by adding XP_UNUSED macro wrapping __attribute__((unused)). There
should be NO change in function in spite of the large number of files.

fix colorsel dialog on wince by defining MY_COLOR_SEL for .rc files

too. Also stop defining _WIN32_WCE for win32 .rc files. Turn on all
other missing XW-feature flags in .rc file too.
