ehouse	3d067ccbbc	(conditionally) modify dicts to support getting height of platform ... glyphs, pass into drawing code so can be fetched and cached, and implement for Palm. This is to allow drawing glyphs (like Danish's A-with-circle) that are taller than normal without the visual padding the rest can have. So far works for 68K/non-highres.
