This update fixes security issues:
HSTS bypass via trailing dot.
TLS and SSH connection too eager reuse.
CERTINFO never-ending busy-loop.
percent-encoded path separator in URL host.
cookie for trailing dot TLD.
curl removes wrong file on error.
