pkg/slackpkg+-1.8.rc3-noarch-1mt.txz: Upgrade
  - Give a chance to disable the packages cache purge.
  - some cosmetic report (thx to marav)
  - small issue trying to clean cache directory
  - A minor in slackpkg info on sbo packages
  - Generated 1.8 branch on github and slakfinder repositories
  - New repository /slackpkg+1.8/ and a dynamic repository /slackpkg+/
    that automatically select a release for slackware 14.2 o 15.0
