QGIS is a user friendly Geographic Information System that lets you
view and manipulate spatial data on your computer.  It supports many
common spatial data formats (e.g. PostGIS, ShapeFile and geotiff).

 - grass: for the Grass plugin
 - gsl: for georeferencing support
