This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

Spring is a project aiming to create a new and versatile RTS Engine.

This requires p7zip, OpenAL, DevIL, and icu4c.
You will also need jdk from /extra.
