This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

LibRaw is a library for reading RAW files obtained from digital cameras
(CRW/CR2, NEF, RAF, DNG, and others). It is based on the source code of
the dcraw utility.

lcms2 is an optional dependency.
