Robby Workman 143991a46e Entire Repo: Remove APPROVED field from .info files 
This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

README 

HT is a file editor/viewer/analyzer for executables. The goal is to 
combine the low-level functionality of a debugger and the usability 
of IDEs. We plan to implement all (hex-)editing features and support 
of the most important file formats.
