This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

A monad transformer library, inspired by the paper Functional
Programming with Overloading and Higher-Order Polymorphism, by Mark P
Jones <http://web.cecs.pdx.edu/~mpj/pubs/springschool.html>, Advanced
School of Functional Programming, 1995.

This requires ghc and haskell-transformers.

After uninstalling, run this command to unregister the package from
the ghc package database:   ghc-pkg recache
