TwoLAME is an optimised MP2 (MPEG-1 Audio Layer II) encoder.
|
|
It has a simple command line interface, uses libsndfile to handle a
|
|
wide range of input files, and features its own thread-safe library
|
|
with API similar to LAME (a MP3 encoder).
|
