Robby Workman 143991a46e Entire Repo: Remove APPROVED field from .info files 
This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

README 

PDF-Shuffler is a small python-gtk application, which helps the user to
merge or split pdf documents and rotate, crop and rearrange their pages
using an interactive and intuitive graphical interface. It is a frontend
for python-pyPdf.

This requires pypoppler and pyPdf.
