This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

GOCR is an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) program that converts 
scanned images of text back to text files.  Please see README file in 
the documentation for details on usage.
