This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

This package provides facilities for declaring messages, which are
unicode strings which carry a translation source domain and possibly
a default translation, within program source text.

To build, this requires pysetuptools.
