MrBayes: Bayesian Inference of Phylogeny

MrBayes is a program for Bayesian inference and model choice across a
wide range of phylogenetic and evolutionary models. MrBayes uses
Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods to estimate the posterior
distribution of model parameters.
