Robby Workman 48c22f9303 various: Kill lots of python3 dep mentions 
This is far from complete.
We still need to review and tweak anything with "PYTHON" in
the README, as many/most/all of those are telling the user
how to build with python3 support. We almost surely want to
enable that by default in all of those cases.

README 

This module uses ctypes to access the libmagic file type identification
library. It makes use of the local magic database and supports both textual
and MIME-type output.

Note: To install python3 bindings pass PYTHON3=yes to the slackbuild.
