README 

vobcopy copies .vob files from DVD to hard drives.  I primarily needs
libdvdread but also used libdvdcss (if available) for encrypted dvds.
Please refer README or manpages in the package for usage info.

libdvdcss is an optional dependency for encrypted dvd support.
