This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

libgnome-keyring (gnome-keyring library)

gnome-keyring is a program that keep password and other secrets
for users.  The library libgnome-keyring is used by applications
to integrate with the gnome keyring system.

This requires libtasn1 and GConf.
