This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

pystatsd is a client and server implementation of 
Etsy's statsd server, a frontend/proxy for the 
Graphite stats collection and graphing server.

This requires distribute and argparse.
