This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

Scribus is an open-source program that brings award-winning professional page 
layout to Linux/Unix, MacOS X and Windows desktops with a combination of

podofo is an optional dependency of scribus.
