This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

libass is a portable subtitle renderer for the ASS/SSA (Advanced Substation
Alpha/Substation Alpha) subtitle format. It is mostly compatible with
VSFilter.

enca is an optional dependency.
