Robby Workman 143991a46e Entire Repo: Remove APPROVED field from .info files 
This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

README 

The aim of this package is to unify the plethora of existing packages
integrating SQLAlchemy with Zope's transaction management. As such it
seeks only to provide a data manager and makes no attempt to define a
zopeish way to configure engines.
