This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

UPX achieves an excellent compression ratio and offers very fast 
decompression. Your executables suffer no memory overhead or other 
drawbacks for most of the formats supported, because of in-place 
decompression.

This requires ucl at build-time.
