This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

hgsubversion is an extension for Mercurial that allows using Mercurial
as a Subversion client.

Although hgsubversion will work with SWIG bindings provided with
Subversion, it is recommended to install subvertpy (available at SBo).
