Robby Workman 143991a46e Entire Repo: Remove APPROVED field from .info files 
This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

README 

CellWriter is a grid-entry natural handwriting input panel. As you
write characters into the cells, your writing is instantly recognized
at the character level. When you press Enter on the panel, the input
you entered is sent to the currently focused application as if typed
on the keyboard.
