M.Dinslage 7826eb9241 libraries/opencv: Added -DNABLE_PRECOMPILED_HEADERS=OFF. 
This reduces the amount of disk space needed to build
by about 2Gb

OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision)

OpenCV is a library of programming functions mainly
aimed at real-time computer vision.

ffmpeg and numpy are optional dependencies.

*NOTE*
If compiling with ffmpeg you must use 0.8.7 or newer.
