Robby Workman 143991a46e Entire Repo: Remove APPROVED field from .info files 
This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

README 

Probe-Perl module provides methods for obtaining information about
the currently running perl interpreter.  It originally began life as
code in the Module::Build project, but has been externalized here
for general use.
