Robby Workman 143991a46e Entire Repo: Remove APPROVED field from .info files 
This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

Cython is a language that makes writing C extensions for
the Python language as easy as Python itself. Cython is
based on the well-known Pyrex, but supports more cutting
edge functionality and optimizations.
