This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

KLU is a sparse LU factorization algorithm well-suited for use in circuit
simulation.

This package is part of SuiteSparse.

Requires UFconfig, AMD, BTF, COLAMD, and CHOLMOD.
