The FlatWoken project is developed by Alessandro Roncone (aka alecive)
and it is released under the CC BY-SA 4.0 License.
It is meant to be a complete set of icon themes for Linux AND Android.

Panel icon background color and folders color are customizable: pass
the script the variables PANCOL (one hexadecimal value, with uppercase
letters) and FOLCOL (must be one of black, lightgray, blue, cyan,
ribes, kaki or grass), like
