Robby Workman 5bd513f499 libraries/glibmm: Updated for version 2.27.99. 
Yes, this is an unstable/development release, and it's not *really*
necessary, but we try to match glibmm version with glib2 version.
Besides, it will be 2.28.0 really soon, right?  :-)
