gPodder Media aggregator and podcast client gPodder is a simple, open source podcast client. In development since 2005 with a proven, mature codebase. gPodder is a media aggregator and podcast client written in Python. It has a CLI called 'gpo' and also a GTK+ user interface that allows the user to subscribe to RSS feeds for podcasts, videocasts, and other similar content and download media files found in those feeds. gPodder has system-tray notifications, remote access to the gpodder.net web services and optional support for Bluetooth and iPod synchronization.
