The Fraunhofer Versatile Video Decoder (VVdeC) is an H.266/VVC decoder. Command line options can be seen by running the following: vvdecapp --help Note that actual playback of H.266/VVC files is currently a little challenging although 3rd party patches exist for a modern FFmpeg.
