even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

The totem playlist parser is a simple GObject-based library to parse a host
of playlist formats, as well as save those.

This requires libsoup-gnome (which is libsoup built against libproxy and
gnome-keyring)
quvi is optional.
