Robby Workman 3fbfc78a07 office/evince: Fixed segfault due to missing configdir
If $HOME/.gnome2/evince/ is not already present, then evince
segfaults because it is unable to write last_settings inside
that directory.  The included patch should fix that up.

Evince is a document viewer for multiple document formats. It currently 
supports pdf, postscript, djvu, tiff and dvi. The goal of evince is to 
replace the multiple document viewers that exist on the GNOME Desktop 
with a single simple application.
