This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

This package provides the development tools (including dpkg-source) required
to unpack, build, and upload Debian source packages.

It can also be used to install debian packages on your system with possible
DISASTROUS effects.  Do not do it.
