the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

README 

Rosegarden is an attractive, user-friendly MIDI and audio sequencer,
notation editor, and general-purpose music composition and editing
application for Unix and Linux.

Rosegarden requires jack-audio-connection-kit, ladspa_sdk, dssi, liblo,
liblrdf, lilypond and optionally lirc.

rosegarden can also make use of perl-xml-twig at runtime.
