This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

Dirac is a open and royalty free high quality codec developed by BBC Research.
The name Dirac is now mostly use to refer to the algorithm and specs while 
dirac-research is the name of the implementation.
