This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

README 

ccrypt is a utility for encrypting and decrypting files and streams. It was
designed as a replacement for the standard unix crypt utility.  ccrypt is
based on the Rijndael cipher (aka AES).
