This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

wput - A utility for putting files using the FTP protocol from the 
       command line. 

wput is a tiny program that looks like wget and is designed to upload 
files or whole directories to remote ftp-servers.
