This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

libmemcached is a C and C++ client library to the memcached server.
It has been designed to be light on memory usage, thread safe, and
provide full access to server side methods.

This requires memcached.
