This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

latrace - glibc 2.4+ LD_AUDIT feature frontend

latrace allows you to trace library calls and get their statistics 
in a manner similar to the strace utility (syscall tracing).
