This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

quvi is a command line tool for parsing video download links. It
supports Youtube and other video websites. libquvi is a library for
parsing video download links with C API. It is written in C, and
intended to be a cross-platform library.

This requirea lua.

Specify WITH_SOUP=yes in build options if you want to build with libsoup.
