Robby Workman 48c22f9303 various: Kill lots of python3 dep mentions 
This is far from complete.
We still need to review and tweak anything with "PYTHON" in
the README, as many/most/all of those are telling the user
how to build with python3 support. We almost surely want to
enable that by default in all of those cases.

Simplejson is a simple, fast, complete, correct and extensible JSON
<http://json.org> encoder and decoder for Python 2.5+ and Python 3.3+. It is
pure Python code with no dependencies, but includes an optional C extension for
a serious speed boost.

Optional dependencies: Sphinx

Note: To install python3 bindings install python3 and pass PYTHON3=yes to the
slackbuild.
