This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected. ;-)

Thanks to the (now forgotten) person in IRC who noted this.
It's a bit of a corner case IMO, as you'll generally have
the network-manager-applet package installed, which requires
gkr already, and thus you'd never notice this requirement
(well, that's what happened to me, anyway) :)
